- Complete mandatory One Time Registration (OTR) on the website
- Fill in the online application form using your OTR profile in English
- Upload scanned photograph (30-300 KB, 300×600 pixels) and signature on white background (10-200 KB, 140×110 pixels) in JPG/JPEG format
- Upload required educational/category certificates in PDF format (50-500 KB)
- Pay the application fee via online payment gateway using Net Banking, Debit, or Credit card
- Submit the form on or before 17 October 2026 and print out 3 hard copies for future records and document verification
