3. Complete your registration by filling basic contact details, active mobile number, and email ID to generate candidate login ID credentials
4. Log in to fill out qualification details, Nursing Council registration numbers, and hospital experience metrics (for GNM holders)
5. Upload neat, clear scanned images of your Passport Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and supporting certificates
6. Verify all details carefully on the preview screen, submit the form before 13 August 2026 (5:00 PM), and take a clear printout copy for tracking reference
