- Complete the Account Creation and Universal Registration profile to obtain your Universal Registration Number (URN)
- Log in with your URN/Email/Mobile Number and select “Engineering Services Examination 2027”
- Fill out the Common Application Form (CAF) with personal, academic, and discipline preference details
- Capture your live photograph and upload three stacked signatures on white paper with black ink
- Upload valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License)
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 200/- online (if applicable; SC/ST/Female/PWD are exempted)
- Submit the final application form before 06 October 2026 (6:00 PM) and print hard copies for future reference
