- Visit the UPSC Online Application Portal, https://upsconline.nic.in
- Fill the fourth, examination-specific module (including fee and exam centre selection) during the notified application window for ESE 2027
- Upload your photograph and also capture a live photograph as prompted while filling the CAF
- Sign three times (one below the other) on plain white paper using black ink, and upload the scanned signature
- Upload the required scanned documents: Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/10th certificate), Certificate of Educational Qualification, and Certificate in support of age/fee concession claims (wherever applicable)
- Pay the applicable fee online (if not exempted) via net banking or Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI
- Submit the application before the closing date, 06.10.2026
